TFB Relaunched
30th Mar 2009, 18:20
We would like to let you that we are about to launch the new version of our website. We want to take this opportunity and introduce the new features to you. We have tried to make the website more useful with respect to both content and graphic design. We have also implemented various requests that we had been receiving from you in past.
What is new?
- We have changed the design in order to have the website well-arranged and easy to navigate. This relates mainly to TFB homepage. Other sections have not been amended significantly.
-
Probably the most important amendment is the implementation of the new section called “Quick news”. This section will consist of the short notifications on:
- Released picks
- News
- Promotions
- Unofficial picks and hints on value bets that will be released from time to time
- Possibility of future picks (e.g. the probability on late night picks etc.).
We will also try to draw your attention to interesting articles on other websites in this section. We recommend you to keep the eye on quick news and watch them e.g. via RSS channel (see more details below). - Our subscribers will now be able to log-in using their username as well as their email address.
- If you forget your username, you will now be able to use registered email instead (see point 3) or you can ask for the new password that will be sent to the registered email address upon your request (in case of login failure).
-
We have added the new RSS channel (quick news) to the existing ones:
- News ( http://www.tips-for-betting.com/rss/news/ )
- Picks ( http://www.tips-for-betting.com/rss/picks/ )
- Quick news ( http://www.tips-for-betting.com/rss/quick_news/ ) – here you will find the notifications on the new picks, news, articles and other matters of interest.
- Our “quick news” will now be available on Twitter as well. Please, visit http://twitter.com/tipsforbetting for more details.
- We will not be sending our picks via emails anymore. We will continue with email notifications but it is going to be just a notification without particular picks in it. The new emails will consist of the match and brief details on it but the pick will now be available only on our website after your login. We are sorry for any inconveniences this may cause but we were forced to take this step as our picks were often being distributed to non-registered users via forwarded emails. SMS content will remain unchanged.
- We have added some new sections to our website. These new sections are intended mainly to non-registered users as they include the most important information on how our service works (Why us, FAQ, Pricing and others…).
We hope that you will appreciate the new version of our website and you will get accustomed to these changes soon. If you have any questions or comments, please, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
TFB Team
