| Analysis | Head-to-head record 1:0 Andreas Beck once again. Young German will face French Gilles Simon at Monte Carlo Masters and we will bet on him again. We don’t think it is necessary to write down an extensive analysis here as the main reason for this pick are crazy odds. Bearing in mind that Beck was around 2.5 against Kiefer, he simply cannot be around 6 against Simon who is far from that stellar player from the end of the last year. Like we said yesterday, Andreas Beck is a talented player who represent the upcoming German generation. He has a great season so far and even if he spent most of his time on challenger circuit, he has a solid record of 13 wins-5 losses. He was 1 set down against Kiefer yesterday but managed to come back after the terrible first set and we think he will give some hard time to Simon as well. Regarding Gilles Simon, it is not the secret that he is not our favourite player and we are often betting against him. Simon is still a bit inconsistent and often has a problems playing against offensive baseliners. Odds above 5 on young German are good enough for us. |
