| Analysis | Head-to-head record 0:0 Andy Murray edged some strong clay court players over the last few weeks but we still think he is not a player who likes clay. Even if he hired Alex Corretja, the former clay court star as his coach, he will hardly achieve any remarkable success on clay any time soon. Murray trained hard in the off-season, working with fitness experts in Miami, leading Murray to say he had never been better prepared for a season. His hard work paid off immediately as he sealed his fourth career title at the Qatar Open. Then he alternated up and downs but he played mainly on hard courts. Argentinian rising star is becoming a complete player and even if his latest results aren´t worth mentioning, he is a player of big potential without any doubts. He has big serve and attacking forehand which make him different from other South-American players whose style of play usually bases on a great movement on the baseline. He is capable to achieve successes outside the clay courts as well but he made 2 appearances here in qualifiers and seems to play in a solid shape. Giant Argentinian young gun is definitely able to keep it close today and we expect a tight match here. Odds above 2.5 are worth trying for us. |
