| Analysis | Head-to-head record 1:0 This should be a really tight match. These players have met one another just once so far and Robredo won 7:6,6:4 (in Hertogenbosh 2001). Both of them are good at serve and both of them won their first two matches without facing even a single breakball. We think that at least 1 tiebreak will be played today and would be really surprised if one of these guys wins easily in straight sets. Well, Peter Wessels wasn´t convincing lately but this tournament is a big chance for him to make some points and get back to the top tennis tournaments and he will be pushed forward by the home crowd. Tommy Robredo is much more experienced player but he has never played well on grass and never achieved any remarkable success on this surface in his entire career. He would probably destroy Peter Wessels under normal circumstances but the ultra-fast surface and Dutch surroundings give Wessels pretty good chances. Home player shouldn´t be defeated by more than 4 games in this match and Pinnacle´s odds around 1.9 are worth taking for us. |
